Where we obtain data you did not give us
Credit history and rating data come from Creditinfo Lietuva, UAB (Lithuania) and AS Kredītinformācijas Birojs (Latvia). Business customer data comes from public company registers, and payment confirmations from payment service providers.
Affordability check
We rent with no down payment, no guarantor and no deposit, so before entering into a contract we assess every new renter. Our enquiry is recorded in your credit history.
We do not rent where the credit rating falls in the lowest risk class or where there are active arrears. A higher rating does not guarantee approval.
Automated decision-making
The decision on a contract is made automatically, using criteria applied equally to all applicants. An unfavourable decision means we will not enter into a contract and any amount paid is refunded in full. No fees are applied.
Who we share data with
We do not sell data and do not share it for marketing. Categories of recipients: IT systems provider Odoo S.A. (Belgium), credit bureaus, payment service providers, delivery partners, accounting services, and — where a contract is not performed — legal counsel and debt collection agencies. Public authorities where required by law.
How long we keep data
We keep data for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, and for as long as the law requires. Contract and accounting data — for the statutory period after the contract ends; affordability assessment data where no contract was concluded — for as long as needed to justify the decision; newsletter data — until consent is withdrawn.
Transfers outside the EU
We process data within the European Union and the European Economic Area. Any processing outside the EEA would take place only under a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data and receive a copy, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interest (including direct marketing), to withdraw consent at any time, and to request human intervention in an automated decision.
Write to [email protected]. We respond within one month at the latest. You may also lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt) or the supervisory authority in your country.
